Vanya & Sonja & Masha & Spike by Christopher Durang
September 23 – October 15, 2017

Vanya and Sonja live in their family’s home in Bucks County, NY. Their sister Masha arrives with her new boy-toy Spike to tell them she is selling the family manse and moving on with life. Add a “Snow White and the 7 Dwarves” costume party and a voodoo-spell-casting housekeeper and it’s Christopher Durang at his best! Tony Winner for Best Play 2014!!

Times Square Angel, a musical pastiche by Charles Busch
November 17 – December 17, 2017

Charles Busch, creator of our earlier hits The Divine Sister and Vampire Lesbians of Sodom, salutes Holiday extravaganzas everywhere with a combo plate of “A Christmas Carol” and “It’s a Wonderful Life”.  Tough as nails night club headliner Irish O’Flanagan has a chip on her shoulder the size of Mount Rushmore.  With help from her guardian angel/Vaudeville Magician Albert and her love-struck admirer, a busboy named Eddie, Irish trounces gangster Chick LaFountain and saves the day, all the while belting out holiday tunes with the rest of the gang.  NY Times says TSA has “A Heart of Gold”

Privates on Parade, a play with songs by Peter Nichols, music by Denis King
January 12 – February 4, 2018

The Soldiers of Her Majesty’s Song and Dance Unit of South East Asia perform their 1948 Musical Variety Show intermingled with their adventures, comic and tragic, as they tour the jungle countryside, menaced by Communist Guerillas.  Originally produced by The Royal Shakespeare Company, the show became a film starring John Cleese and has enjoyed several major revivals since.  One of Nichols funniest and most theatrical works.

Suddenly Last Summer, By Tennessee Williams
March 9 – April 1, 2018

The classic horror story from Tennessee Williams of Sebastian Venable’s life and death and his mother Violet’s diabolical plan to stifle the truth about Sebastian by cutting the memories out of her niece Catherine’s brain. “Williams’ most devastating statement about corruption in the world… a triumphant piece of dramatic literature” – NY Times.
